Delivery of goods
We will pack and ship the products you purchased on our website as soon as possible. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
For your convenience, we offer the following delivery methods:
– Omniva self-service parcel machine. The delivery price of the parcel is – 4.00eur.
– Unisend (LP Express) self-service parcel machine. The delivery price is – 3.50eur.

Return of goods
You can return or exchange a faulty item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you decide to exchange or return the item, please contact us by e-mail: info@simaite.eu The costs of returning returned or exchanged goods are borne by the buyer. Only the amount of money paid for the goods is refunded to the buyer. If the goods are made according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously customized for him, they are not exchangeable and cannot be returned (the money paid for such goods is not refunded to the buyer).
Return of goods
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold poor-quality goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.1. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this point does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
10.2.2. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The product must be unused and in its original condition: the label must be intact, the protective film must not be torn off, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of a return of poor quality).
10.2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods have not been met;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply if the goods are of poor quality - in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later rejected shall be returned to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
10.5 If a discount was applied to the order depending on the quantity purchased (e.g. 25% discount applied when purchasing 2 items), if only part of the goods is returned, the total amount of the order will be recalculated based on the actual quantity of the remaining goods. This means that:
• If a portion of the goods is returned, which no longer meets the discount conditions, the original discount will no longer apply.
• In this case, the amount of the discount that was applied to the entire order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return of parcels
All shipments are returned to OMNIVA parcel machine at the address Klaipėdos pl. 42 Palangos MAXIMA parcel machine.
A return/exchange is possible if the item:
– It is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its marketable appearance.
– The item is returned in its original, neat packaging, in the same condition as received.
– With original labels still attached.
– Not made to individual order.
